Amalfi Coast Hotels

You won’t find many familiar chain hotels in the Amalfi Coast, but that doesn’t mean you won’t find exclusive four-star caliber accommodations. Many of the best spots to stay in this beautiful coastal area are found in villas, bed and breakfasts and independent hotels that dot the Italian coast. You don’t have to worry about booking a spot that doesn’t speak English, most accommodations here do and if they don’t they will let you know when you book.

They have rooms for every budget as well as locations that are romantic. They also have spaces big enough for large families. A good choice if you need a big selection.

Similar to the Coast Holiday folks, these people rent out a series of fully furnished apartments to tourists who are looking to stay in the Amalfi Coast area longer than most. Rates are reasonable and suites are clean and well taken care of. Ask about long term rates if you plan on staying a while.

Il Roseto is a popular choice for folks looking for clean, handsome and reasonable accommodations. Even these modest rooms are beautifully appointed and are meticulously maintained. And once you see the view, you’ll be absolutely captivated.

A popular choice for those folks who want the best possible space when they visit. This villa has it all, from impeccable service to breathtaking views. Try to get a room with a view of the bay, it is one of the best in all of Italy.

6. A Due Passi -  website

With a great location right in the middle of the town square in Ravello, this guest house is a good choice if you want to make Ravello your base during your visit. Like so many other popular Amalfi guest houses, you will be taken care of quite well here.

7. Il Gelsomino Praiano - website

If you are looking for the perfect private getaway that is secluded and quiet, than this is the guest house for you. The owners are extremely friendly and the location is great, but make sure you book ahead, this spot is very popular!

Just like the name says, these villas are absolutely divine! All villas have incredible views of the coastline and they are a quiet choice, although it is hard to find one that isn’t. Villa Divina is an excellent combination of old world, rustic charm and modern amenities.

9. Agriturismo S. Alfonso - Costiera Amalfitana - Furore (SA) - website

This is one of the premium bed and breakfast properties in the whole Amalfi Coast area. An excellent attention to detail and a helpful staff make this a very popular spot.

10. The Frescale - via Fiscale - frazione Figlino - 84010 Tramonti website

A small bed and breakfast, it remains one of the most popular places to stay if you are traveling inland to the town of Tramonti. The B&B is just as beautiful on the inside as it is on the outside and the hosts make staying here more than worth it.
